RHBC was asked by Fayette Senior Services if we could help Cynthia, who lives alone in Fayetteville. She suffers from dementia and rheumatoid arthritis, which makes it difficult for her to get around. She has no family in the area. Thanks to Brian Farrington and Taylor Trebotte for spending their Sunday afternoon mowing the lawn, raking, and trimming bushes.

Thanks to everyone who participated in gift collection/adopt-a-family type events this month. We were blessed to help spread some Christmas cheer to several needy families in the local area.

Two groups – the Youth Group, and David Lebby and a couple of his friends – sponsored families referred to us by the Pregnancy Resource Center. They took Christmas wish lists provided by the families, and then went shopping for them. The Stout small group sponsored the Real Life Center by purchasing needed items that the RLC clothing closet was out of, to include underwear, socks, and athletic shoes.

Thank you to everyone for your generosity.
